Cell-IQ is available at many of our Fernwood clubs, and is a popular option for women looking for a body contouring treatment to remove excess fat without any invasive procedures. It is a cold, low level laser treatment for fat reduction and involves applying very low doses of light for a non-invasive and safe treatment on body fat. The treatment targets stubborn spots that don’t respond to diet and exercise.

How it works
Treatments usually take about 30 minutes and members can attend a one-off session, or book multiple appointments for increased results.
- The low-level laser energy disrupts and reduces the fat cells, removing and mobilising the contents
- Exercise post treatment then burns off the fat
- The Cell-IQ treatment offers fast and immediate results from one session, with multiple sessions offering continual centimetre loss.
Targeted treatment
Cell-IQ can be performed on various parts of the body for selective targeting, including:
- Stomach
- Midriff
- Calves
- Knees
- Thighs
- Buttocks
- Arms
- Chin
- Hips
Post treatment
- Typical loss over a course of treatments is 5-10 cm (per measurement). This is very dependent on depth of fat layer, diet and lifestyle.
- Once fat is removed, it will only return if the calories in exceeds calories out.
Before undergoing Cell-IQ treatment, you will need to undertake a health and medical questionnaire to verify your suitability for the treatment.
